Lois wanted to be able to get in touch with her friends easier, without having to share a phone with her sister who would soon also reach her teens. She picked up a few electronics for herself, her mother, and sister when she was downtown to buy herself a new outfit.
Then she went ahead and picked up something a bit more lively than the outfit she was wearing. She stopped and greeted a few other people she saw in the shop, but there wasn't really anyone of much interest there.
She put on her outfit when she got home and grabbed a leftover toaster pastry.
Her mother and sister joined her and she told them about some displays she saw at the store.
The next day, Maud finally managed to get a job as a security guard again.
Lois wanted to help her mother out with the bills so she, too, got a job.
Then she surprised her mom with a gift of the cell phone she bought for her.
Maud got to work toning her body. She really had to be fit if she expected to get anywhere this time.
Lois decided to be just like her mother and get herself fired her first day on the job.
A nice breakfast of burnt pancakes the next day helped promote family togetherness. Rachael told Lois about something she saw written on her desk at school.
Maud was extremely nervous when she went to work her first day, but she did well despite that.
Lois got another job, hoping she'd do better with it than the last one.
Maud surprised her by bringing a puppy home from work one day. One of her coworkers dogs had puppies and they were giving them away at the store.
Rachael's birthday was that very day. She got to name their new puppy and chose the name Asya.
She decided that above all she wanted to be really popular and ultimately be a great artist. Her ideal Sim is someone who wears formal wear and knows how to cook really well and does not wear underwear. She got a job to help the family out in the business field for now.
Before they new it their little puppy grew into a rather odd looking adult.
Maud finally managed to convince Rick to bring along his kids when he came to visit. The four teens went outside to have a water balloon fight and get to know each other.
After a long battle they headed inside to warm up with a nice bowl of chili con carne.
While the kids were busy, Maud and Rick had a dream date and he bought her a huge bouquet of roses and a stereo!
